Q: What's your shipping situation?

Now that I have access to tracking with each order, you will be able to see the progress of the order as it gets to you!

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All items are currently on pre-order. Once I receive the quantity information, I will place the order and ship the packages as soon as possible. Afterwards, please allow 2-5 weeks before reporting a missing package!

Q: What is your shop's return and exchange policy?

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Please read the product descriptions carefully for sizing and specifications before purchasing.

Q: Why is my country unavailable?

Unfortunately, due to strict regulations from the GPSR and the fact that I am a small business, I am limited to only shipping outside of the EU, the US, and Canada as of right now. My deepest apologies!
