Update (Canadian/UK Customers):
Orders have been wrapped up and will be shipped this week. Please check your inbox for any emails about it. UK customers may require to pay a VAT fee, but due to the length of time it took, if it is a hefty fee, send a message in the Contact and I'll get back to you right away :)
UPDATE (US Customers):
Given the ongoing updates with tariffs, and the unfortunate increase in shipping prices that I have to pay out of pocket, I'll be sending packages a different way. US customers will get emails sent about their packages being shipped between March 16th - March 23rd. If you have not heard anything back afterwards, I will send a full refund, no questions :) Thank you.

Now that I have access to tracking with each order, you will be able to see the progress of the order as it gets to you!
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All items are currently on pre-order. Once I receive the quantity information, I will place the order and ship the packages as soon as possible. Afterwards, please allow 2-5 weeks before reporting a missing package!
Q: What is your shop's return and exchange policy?
All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

Q: Why is my country unavailable?
Unfortunately, due to strict regulations from the GPSR and the fact that I am a small business, I am limited to only shipping outside of the EU, the US, and Canada as of right now. My deepest apologies!
